This Is a Self-Run Party
You get the property, a bartender, and a venue manager. No coordinator, no planning help, no setup crew. You bring your people, set up the way you want it, and run your own show — which is exactly why it costs a fraction of a full-service Saturday here. Want someone else handling the details? What You Get
- Exclusive use of the entire property — the 1888 barn, the patio, the party tent, the gardens, and the vineyard
- Up to 100 guests
- Indoor barn space plus multiple outdoor areas, so the weather is never the deciding factor
- A bartender pouring our estate wines and full bar stock, purchased by you or your guests during the event
- A venue manager on site all evening
- Tables, chairs, and patio furniture to use as you like
- Wine barrel fire pit and fuel, lit on request
- Yard games on request
- ADA accessible restrooms and a lit gravel parking lot
Good to Know
- Furniture is stored stacked. You set up what you need; we put it all away afterward.
- Our décor collection and the dressing suites are not included
- Access begins at 2:30 PM. 11:00 PM is a hard end — everyone off the property at eleven.
- We do not provide catering. Food is bring-your-own — trays, coolers, slow cookers, or pizza delivered straight to the barn.
- Outside alcohol is not permitted. All beer, wine, and spirits come from our bar.
- The party tent is up through the end of the outdoor season
- $1,000 refundable deposit paid online. That holds your date, and that is the entire booking process.
- $2,500 rental fee due on the day of your event.
- Your $1,000 comes back automatically after your party. No forms, no phone calls, no chasing us down.
Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% applies to all sales. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Bar purchases are separate from the rental fee. The booking calendar will show $3,500 — that is the $2,500 venue fee plus the $1,000 deposit that comes back to you.
Questions
Can we come see the property first?
Yes, though most people book without one. Free one-hour tours run on their own calendar, with openings most weekdays.
Why are only some dates on the calendar?
Each open date is one where a bartender and venue manager have already committed to work it. That is what makes this a one-click booking instead of a quote request — the moment you book, your staff is scheduled.
Nothing on the calendar works for us.
Dates open up as staffing firms up, so it is worth checking back — off season especially. If you have already looked and come up empty, you can ask, though anything not posted comes down to whether we can staff it.
What if it rains?
The barn is your rain plan. Every outdoor space here has an indoor equivalent, so you are never making a weather call at the last minute.
How far ahead can we book?
The calendar shows exactly which dates are open, and we add more as the season goes on. Bookings need fourteen days notice.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel more than thirty days before your event, or within forty-eight hours of booking, and your deposit is refunded in full. Inside thirty days the deposit is non-refundable — unless we are able to re-book your date, in which case we will refund it. Cancellations are handled by contacting us directly.
